- Wipe skirting boards, doors and light switches
- Clean furniture surfaces and empty storage inside and out
- Clean internal windows, frames and sills
Windows are cleaned inside only. Carpet shampooing, stain removal and mattress or upholstery deep cleaning are not included.

Please empty cupboards, drawers and storage units. Fridges and freezers should be emptied and defrosted before arrival.
What will my two-bathroom property cost?
Add £50 to the price for your property size. A four-bedroom property with two bathrooms is £400.
Can I book carpet deep cleaning?
Not yet. Professional carpet cleaning is a coming-soon service. Vacuuming is included in our tenancy clean.
