Information we use

When you contact us, we receive the contact details, property details, requested service, dates and messages you choose to provide. If you arrange a service, we also use the information needed to organise the work, communicate with you and manage payments and records.

How enquiries work

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It does not submit the form to a Linkcourt website database. Selecting Continue in WhatsApp passes the entered details to WhatsApp; you review the message and send it there. Email links open your email application. Please do not include sensitive personal information or property access codes in the form.

Why we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and arrange and provide services. Where you are arranging a service personally, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing that contract. For business contacts and general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with customers and running the business. We rely on legal obligations where we must keep accounting records or comply with the law.

Service providers and sharing

IONOS provides our website hosting and business email. Hosting can involve technical records such as IP addresses, requested pages and access times for delivery and security. If you choose WhatsApp, its service also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy, which explains its international processing. We share relevant job information with people carrying out your requested service where necessary, and with professional advisers or authorities where required. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, provide the service and resolve related questions or disputes. We assess what is needed by considering whether an enquiry is still active, the work and records involved, and any applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Contact us if you need details about records relating to you.

Cookies and website features

This version of the website does not add advertising or analytics trackers, embed social-media content or use a customer account system. Our page code does not set cookies or use browser storage. IONOS may process technical information to operate and secure hosting. Following email or WhatsApp links takes you to a separate service with its own privacy arrangements.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have exceptions. Contact us using the details above to make a request or raise a concern.
